Do women lawyers fight harder in representing their clients in divorce cases ?

OK, I guess I risk asking a question that hovers close to sexist . (I don't intend that at all) Some friends have told me that women lawyers bring a bit more passion and drive to representing their clients ( men or women) in divorce cases. Does anyone want to weigh in and confirm that ? I'm currently searching for a lawyer because I was just served divorces papers from my estranged wife.Do women lawyers fight harder in representing their clients in divorce cases ?
the best lawyer will have the upper hand, sex is not an issue.

A judge has more power to tilt the case into someones hand than any attorney if the case were to go to trial.Do women lawyers fight harder in representing their clients in divorce cases ?
Not necessarily. In any case, you must remember that the lawyer has many cases and you have just the one. You must be your own best advocate. You have to make the files, you have to keep the records, you have to focus the attorney on your case.
Um actually I would say that that is rather true. Not to take away from male attorneys, but yes..in the cases of divorce and custody I would prefer a female lawyer.
If you can possibly work things out with your wife a mediator is the cheapest and works well.

If you need regular divorce lawyer gender doesn't matter.
Don't choose a lawyer based only on sex. Look at specific lawyers statistics.
Lawyers who are paid timley represent their clients well.
Mine did not, she never questioned the judge over anything.
If her ';pms'; kick in you're in trouble!
