It is a Datrek model.A lock on my hard sided golf travel case was broken by the airline. Is there a way to get it fixed?
The airline tore one of my suitcases once. I was instructed to take it to an office close to baggage claim. They told me where I could get the bag fixed at their expense.





You may have a problem getting them to pay if you have taken the case home, but they may still be able to tell you where you can take it to get it looked at. You might also contact Datrek directly and get them to advise you on whether it is a repairable or replaceable part.
