How hard will it be to take child with you in this case?

Jane is engaged to Bill. Bill just joined the military. Jane has a child from a previous marriage. She has full custody, but the father has every-other weekend visitation that he practices fairly regular. If Bill gets stationed states away or overseas - how hard will it be for Jane to move there? The father will not want the child to move, and she won't leave her 7 year old son.How hard will it be to take child with you in this case?
Jane should talk to ex husband about current situation i hope they are on friendly terms. She should talk about the situation ans see if they can come to some agreement with the child. Its a tough one as the future husband can be stationed anywhere but try and sort it out in a calm manner if all else fails may have to seek legal advice on where jane stands. How hard will it be to take child with you in this case?
I'm pretty sure the mother can move anywhere she wants if she had full custody.
My mother moved after her divorce and we saw our father at Christmas, Spring Break, summers, and other holidays as possible. The courts are not unbending, they understand that families move. The visitation requirements can be changed.
It will be difficult but it will be a matter for the court to decide!
i had the same thing happen to me i have full custody of my son and my husband was being stationed in germany...it was a hard decision but i went to germany with my husband and my son...he saw his father when we came back to the states to visit and there are phone calls, emails and things, but at the same time the experience that my son received by moving to germany were amazing and great and most kids will never get that chance....my son was 9 yrs and i explained it to him as well...its not fo ever but no matter what the choice is hard
