You got a ';default judgment'; and put a lien on this guys property - His title company called and asked about the judgment, because unless he pays you the money you won - he cannot legally sell the house. He can buy houses all day long, but until he pays you - he can't sell. How long it has been since the court gave his or her decision? What are the orders of the court? If the court ordered him to pay in such a day, say 30 days from the courts decision he has to oblige or he will be found guilty of contempt of court and will be assessed more fine and penalty or go to jail. He can't mess with a court. If he doesn't pay on the appointment time, take him again to court, hopefully he pays attention. Most lenders only check the credit score unless there is a deregatory remark in his credit that the only time they checked everything. They checked if you have income, good credit history, a good credit score of 700+, 20% downpayment, if they have other homes, their bills, debt to income ratio. Just because he wants to buy house doesn't necessarily mean he can afford it and be approved by the lenders. Banks and lenders are tough approving any loans nowadays.

Get a hard shelled case if you are going to beat it up... they hold up better than a gig bag. I have a hard shelled case for my Alverez and I still beat it up.
go with the hard shell case. You want to protect your investment. I would never trust a gig bag.

I'm not sure that you can, but if you're not happy with the colour of your case at the moment, or it's scratched etc, you can get nice covers that slip over the top of the original. You can get them in all good computer stores, and stationary stores :-) hope that helped xxx

Go to your local superstore and look at the prices, then find a business supplies store (if in the UK try Staples or similar) and look at their prices, you can often get a reasonable bag for under 20 pounds. I also am not sure that your computer will recognize that as the primary drive. I say you either back up your very important files to the external and make sure you have copies of the programs. The cost. There is quite a difference in cost between them. That will affect your choice. Also, how expensive was your bass? A Squier bass may not be worth the cost of a hard case. If you have an old Fender then you would not want to trust it in anything less than a hard case.

well if you are traveling and wanted to protect an egg, you wouldnt use a soft case would you? to protect something...i think one would use a hard case so that the case would take the impact and the item inside wouldnt be harmed.

Bought it new has not been played in over 30 years, no checking what so ever, not scratched any where, no belt buckle marks etc. wondering what it's worth? Any one interested? I bought it new in Tulsa, Okla. in 1970. Gibson es 335 tdw walnut 98% of 100% serial #617642, made in USA on back of tuning head, original hard case?
With a level of condition such as this I'd start the bidding at on ebay at $1500 with no reserve and then hang on tight because it wouldn't suprise me to see it double or even triple in price by auctions end. These 335's are really going up in value and a '70 in near mint condition, virtually unplayed and most importantly from the original owner is just the sort of thing collectors drool over. Create the right enviroment and they'll start a bidding war like you'd never imagined.
If you can find the original purhase reciept then that will add provinance and provide a bit of history to the instrument. Also, with a silicon case, its really annoying to take it out and put it in your pocket/othe rplace for the silicon sticks and wont slide. Also, silicon cases arent very tight, so dirt/dust/other matericals build up and end up scratching your ipod touch. Overall, i say silicon isn't a very good option...

What is the best palm pre hard protective case?
I wouldn't recommend getting a hard plastic case. Those tend to break more easily. Get a gel case or silicone case instead. If you truly want a hard plastic case, then consider the clip case. It is a case that goes around the phone and clips on your belt/pants.
Can I put my old main hard drive into an external case?
My old computer died and I bought a laptop. I would like to get the stuff off my old hard drive and I'm thinking the best way to do it is to buy an external case for it then plug it into my laptop via USB. If you ever drop it the hard case will protect your ipod from damage. And the soft ones just get fuzz all over them when you put them in your pocket. They also do not protect your ipod whatsoever!

Finding the right camera bag is possibly the most difficult and frustrating aspect of buying photo related equipment. And once you find one it takes some time to get everything just how you like it so I suggest you buy big enough to grow with you for a while or you will soon be shopping for another.

Just to add, most cases from Lowepro, Tamrac, Naneu Pro and some others are going to provide all the protection you need. I suggest that you go into a camera store and take a look at the bags to see how big they really are and to get an idea of what it will cost. Good luck.

Finding the right camera bag is possibly the most difficult and frustrating aspect of buying photo related equipment. And once you find one it takes some time to get everything just how you like it so I suggest you buy big enough to grow with you for a while or you will soon be shopping for another.

Just to add, most cases from Lowepro, Tamrac, Naneu Pro and some others are going to provide all the protection you need. I suggest that you go into a camera store and take a look at the bags to see how big they really are and to get an idea of what it will cost. Good luck.

a lot easier than you think. the dealer offers a factory rblt. for afew hundred more than a boneyard unit, which is probably as bad as the one you are replacing. as for replacement, un-bolt frt%26amp;rear shafts, drain, unplug connectors, remove bolts holding case to trans,remove shift lever, (top bolts arent fun but do-able,just have patience). BEFORE YOU BEGIN, there is a weep hole in the housing betwwen the trans and transfer case. if there is any sign of fluid leakage at that point, replace that seal. most transfer case failures are a result of fluid loss from that seal. also, dont tear the new seal setting the transfer case into place.the unit only holds about 1-2qts atf, so it cant afford to leak much. feel free to contact me if you have questionsMy transfer case on my 94 grand cherokee is pretty much shot. is it hard to replace?
A 9/16 wobbly socket and ratchet wrench are a big help. Unbolting the crossmember and letting everything hang down a bit really helps with the mounting nuts access~Dan

How hard are third semster language classes (in this case German?)?
I am enrolling into third semester german (Intermediate I) without having ever taken a german class. I am studying on my own a lot this summer, but was wondering, in general, what level of proficiency I should hope to reach in order to be comfortable in the class. Obviously studying on my own is not very productive and does not help my communication skills, but it is all I can do for now due to financial constraints.How hard are third semster language classes (in this case German?)?

Bought it new has not been played in over 30 years, no checking what so ever, not scratched any where, no belt buckle marks etc. wondering what it's worth? Any one interested? I bought it new in Tulsa, Okla. in 1970. Gibson es 335 tdw walnut 98% of 100% serial #617642, made in USA on back of tuning head, original hard case?
With a level of condition such as this I'd start the bidding at on ebay at $1500 with no reserve and then hang on tight because it wouldn't suprise me to see it double or even triple in price by auctions end. These 335's are really going up in value and a '70 in near mint condition, virtually unplayed and most importantly from the original owner is just the sort of thing collectors drool over. Create the right enviroment and they'll start a bidding war like you'd never imagined.
If you can find the original purhase reciept then that will add provinance and provide a bit of history to the instrument. I would recommend taking it to a guitar tech and having new strings and a fresh set up done before offering it for sale. This small outlay will pay great dividends on the backend and provide further confidence to the prospective buyers. You can also add quotes from the tech to add further 'expert' detail to your listing.
As one who spends at least two hours a day perusing the electric guitar section of ebay I can't stress enough the importance of all the things I've suggested in getting the highest return on your sale. Remember, honesty counts and nowhere more than when selling guitars for big bucks to folks who have only your word to go by such as is found when selling online.
Of course you could try a local shop but you'll be lowballed in an almost shameless fashion. Imagine selling for what you consider to be a good deal for $800 only to see this same shop list it the next day for $3000, that would keep me up at night forever!

Acoustic Guitars. I want to find a hard shell case for one, but how do i know which shape to get?
I want to get my boyfriend a hardshell case for x-mas, so i cant very well take the guitar to the shop to make sure that i get the correct size.

I would say a soft case, since it absorbs impact better.
What hard drive enclosure/case would be suitable?

What's the best glue to use on hard plastics (ie: CD jewel cases)?
I'm working on an art project and would like to know if anyone has a can't miss recommendation for gluing a specific kind of hard plastics. I'm using CD jewel cases and old audio cassette cases, both of which I believe are made from the same plastic (inflexible, unrecyclable, but hopefully not ungluable).
I ran a test on the two glues I had handy, Gorilla Glue and ';Bond 527 multi purpose cement';. After 4 hours, the Gorilla Glue doesn't seem to be holding at all, while the Bond 527 is holding fairly okay, but not as strongly as I would like.What's the best glue to use on hard plastics (ie: CD jewel cases)?

Silicon cases absorb the shock of a fall better and are also more comfortable. I've had the same silicon case on my iPod 20gb 2nd Gen for the past 5 years and it's still kickin and scratch free!

I don't really like the Semi-Hard Cases, they are only any good with the kit lens, and the moment you want a longer or larger lens it won't fit properly. What features should a good ';3.5 inch hard disk casing'; have?
I wanna buy a casing for an internal Samsung HDD. There are many casings available in market.Ones with aluminium body with/without fan. Do we need a separate power supply when we use such casings or it draws power from the USB itself. Also are these casings well grounded to prevent electrostatic damages?Cost isnt the crieteria for me.........the casing should be good and it shudnt damage my HDD. Which features shud i go for? How hard will it be to take child with you in this case?

She has full custody, but the father has every-other weekend visitation that he practices fairly regular. If Bill gets stationed states away or overseas - how hard will it be for Jane to move there? i had the same thing happen to me i have full custody of my son and my husband was being stationed in germany...it was a hard decision but i went to germany with my husband and my son...he saw his father when we came back to the states to visit and there are phone calls, emails and things, but at the same time the experience that my son received by moving to germany were amazing and great and most kids will never get that chance....my son was 9 yrs and i explained it to him as well...its not fo ever but no matter what the choice is hard

If you can make out clothing, skin color and facial features you're good to go, especially if you have him on tape several times and he's wearing the similar cloths when you bust him.
I would wait until the shoplifter comes back again and call the police then give the police a copy of the tape. Keep a copy for yourself just incase the police lose it. Even if the shoplifter leaves before the police get there, they will have a record and this will set the wheels in motion for when the shoplifter gets busted, then they will have already started a case against him.

If the quality is there on a new tape, but degrades over time, you have your answer! Dump the old video tapes before they become useless. If the video quality from a brand new tape is of such low quality that identification is difficult or impossible, you still have your answer! Dump the low quality video equipment and invest in better cameras!

I have a councellor that I talk to through msn and she doesnt understands me. she doesnt get it why I would do some things. saying 'you have an issue' doesnt really helps. now I just signed off cause she became annoying. I guess I'm a hard case. and she kept talkin about herself. its me that has problems!!!! she has to listen and advice. its ok if a councellor tells something about them, but this one just doesnt helps me. I have another one and he knows how to help but again, he doesnt understands me completely. or I expect from councellors too much????

Hey don't take it bad but this is called growing old...I am sorry it's an illness everybody suffers. Don't worry, it will come a time when you won't be so worried about things. The bad news is that you can't come back to what you were, because that is what happens and when we grow old and no matter how much or how hard you fight it, it's not going to stop. And this goes on stages. When you get to certain ages you wish to turn the clock back, but it's not going to happen. What you have to do (and I know it's hard because it took myself sometime to realize) it's to center yourself in the present and enjoy every single day as a new experience. Forget about the past 'cause it's not going to come back, and that will blind what you have in front of you right now. Forget discretly about the future 'cause nobody knows what is reserved to any of us and that will give anxiety and fear and worry. Wake up every day and give thanks to whomever you believe in for a new day, for a new breath for free, for those that are still around you and love you, and live your life as a travel, where you'll find smooth roads sometime and gravel another, good weather and bad, and enjoy the landscape and the company, and throw away all the luggage you don't need. Good luck.

As a mental health professional with 20+ years experience, now retired, I can first of all tell you that you can forget being ';changed back';, to anything, including that ';sweet guy'; you think you used to be. Very simple reason being that, as Kurt Vonnegut once wrote, you ';can't go home again';, so, forget your last request that you ask in your question. No counselor can get you there. And you can't get there on your own either, so, forget it.
Now, returning to your earlier part of your question, it sounds like you have two complaints: One is that counselors, or at least the ones you have visited, can't help you, and, two, you don't like their style of counseling. Answering your two part question / complaint ';backwards';, I can tell you that if you don't like a therapist's style, you can go to another one, or another or another, and on and on and on. It may take you a while to find one you want, but, if it's necessary to see a counselor, well, it may be worth it. Now, as to the first part of your two part question / complaint, again, it may require you to go into a long search for the ';right'; counselor. But one thought you might want to carry with you in your search is that some people never can find the therapist they can benefit from. I have had a few clients in that situation, and I've one or two observations I'm willing to share with you. One is that sometimes an individual feels they or their problem is so unique that absolutely no one can understand them and help them. These individuals have drawn into themselves so much that they can't see the ';connections'; between them and other people, and how another individual might be able to help them. Another observation I've had is that some clients, or potential clients, really don't want someone to help them. They actually find benefit in staying where they are, despite the stresses they feel in doing so. In some situations, such clients actually like to stay where they are as if to revel in the ';fact'; that ';no one can help me';. It's almost as if they play the role of ';the rebel without a cause';, which I think is also the name of a famous movie from back in the early '60's starring James Dean and maybe Natalie Wood or Elizabeth Taylor, and seem to revel in the ';starring role';. The thing that those clients fail to remember is what a losing role that was for James Dean, and what a losing life his was.

Sometimes counselors don't match your personality, so you need to get a different one.
But I think in your case you not only need a new counselor, but a psychiatrist, too. I know you're not planning on killing someone, but what if something makes you really angry, or you're drinking, or you're taking drugs. You might snap, and bang, the world is a whole different place.
It's not normal to think about killing people. It's not normal to have destructive fantasies. Even if you think you won't do it, the rest of us are scared you might. So, for all the rest of us, would you please go to a doctor?

First I'm not a counselor but I am one who understands. I have been in and out of psch wards on meds and had therapists. None of them helped me. In the long run they did a whole lot of damage. The answers you are looking for are within yourself. Only you know what is true and what is false. Psych doctors,therapists and counselors will continually tell you there is something wrong with your mind until you are convinced that there is. They will tell you your perception is screwed up and try to create a happier image in your mind from what the true reality is. They will tell you it is the way you handle situations soforth ECT. The one thing they won't do is take you by the hand and guide you or make wrongs right. Only you know what it is that is bothering you and only you can resolve the situation. If you truely want to help yourself be strong and work towards resolving your problems. Don't let your conscience interfere. Do what you know is right for you. No one is going to fix your problems for you and there isn't anything wrong with your mind.

In some situations, such clients actually like to stay where they are as if to revel in the ';fact'; that ';no one can help me';. It's almost as if they play the role of ';the rebel without a cause';, which I think is also the name of a famous movie from back in the early '60's starring James Dean and maybe Natalie Wood or Elizabeth Taylor, and seem to revel in the ';starring role';. The thing that those clients fail to remember is what a losing role that was for James Dean, and what a losing life his was.

Sometimes counselors don't match your personality, so you need to get a different one.
But I think in your case you not only need a new counselor, but a psychiatrist, too. I know you're not planning on killing someone, but what if something makes you really angry, or you're drinking, or you're taking drugs. You might snap, and bang, the world is a whole different place.
It's not normal to think about killing people. It's not normal to have destructive fantasies. Even if you think you won't do it, the rest of us are scared you might. So, for all the rest of us, would you please go to a doctor?
you sound like you had one or a couple of bad experiences in life,god has the answers for you in the bible,Jesus loves you and he will heal you emotionally and spiritually.
First I'm not a counselor but I am one who understands. I have been in and out of psch wards on meds and had therapists. None of them helped me. In the long run they did a whole lot of damage. The answers you are looking for are within yourself. Only you know what is true and what is false. Psych doctors,therapists and counselors will continually tell you there is something wrong with your mind until you are convinced that there is. They will tell you your perception is screwed up and try to create a happier image in your mind from what the true reality is. They will tell you it is the way you handle situations soforth ECT. The one thing they won't do is take you by the hand and guide you or make wrongs right. Only you know what it is that is bothering you and only you can resolve the situation. If you truely want to help yourself be strong and work towards resolving your problems. Don't let your conscience interfere. Do what you know is right for you. No one is going to fix your problems for you and there isn't anything wrong with your mind.
