is it hard to wireup a computer case to the motherboard? i am a noob!Is it hard to wireup a computer case?
It is not too hard. A well trained monkey could probably do it.

There are several parts to watch...Is it hard to wireup a computer case?
No, not particularly. You do have to be careful though. Especially for electrostatic discharge (ESD) or applying to much pressure when installing the CPU. Otherwise, just make sure everything is plugged in and powered.
By wireup the case to the mobo, do you mean connecting the LEDs and switches and USB ports etc on the front panel?
No it's not hard, but you will need to look in the motherboard manual and be sure exactly where to connect everything as the front panel connectors can differ quite a lot between different motherboards.
If you're asking about buiding the whole PC (putting all the components in the case and connecting them up) then that's not hard either. Just make sure you take proper anti static precautions and don't force anything (If you have to use a lot of force to insert a card or a cable or something then chances are you're putting it in the wrong place) There are loads of online guides and videos showing you how to build a computer and the motherboard manual can be very helpful if you haven't done it before.
It's not hard, pretty easy actually... hardest two things I would say is installing the heat sync on the processor and plugging in the front power button... (little tiny plugs). Oh and about the static stuff. Just make sure your on a hard surface and you will be fine. Don't do it on carpet, although I have before and things were fine.
yes and no. you just screw the mobo to the case and plug in the power supply but you need to ground urself first, an anti static wrist strap is a good idea too. It's not so much that it's technically difficult but it is fiddly and you want to be careful that you dont slip and damage the board.
