I use a hard cover, in fact a metal one. I found it real good, as I have dropped my ipod 30gn a couple of times. with the silicon jacket, the feel is better, but you drop you precious ipod just once and you would certainly damage it.


Plastic cases are much better. good metal ones are much better for all round protection.

Get the hard case. Then it wont get any damaged, to a certain extent.

I would suggest you to buy the silicon cover jacket because it is not bulky, secondly it is better than the plastic hard cover case
