I sued someone and now they are trying to close a real estate deal. A title Abstract company called and asked about our court case I won. So does this mean he cant buy the home unless he pays me?Will a person have a hard time buying a home if they were sued and lost the small claims case.?
You got a ';default judgment'; and put a lien on this guys property - His title company called and asked about the judgment, because unless he pays you the money you won - he cannot legally sell the house. He can buy houses all day long, but until he pays you - he can't sell. The title company will probably issue you a check, and have you sign a waiver that releases the lien against this fellows property.Will a person have a hard time buying a home if they were sued and lost the small claims case.?
How long it has been since the court gave his or her decision? What are the orders of the court? If the court ordered him to pay in such a day, say 30 days from the courts decision he has to oblige or he will be found guilty of contempt of court and will be assessed more fine and penalty or go to jail. He can't mess with a court. If he doesn't pay on the appointment time, take him again to court, hopefully he pays attention. Most lenders only check the credit score unless there is a deregatory remark in his credit that the only time they checked everything. They checked if you have income, good credit history, a good credit score of 700+, 20% downpayment, if they have other homes, their bills, debt to income ratio. Just because he wants to buy house doesn't necessarily mean he can afford it and be approved by the lenders. Banks and lenders are tough approving any loans nowadays.

Get a hard shelled case if you are going to beat it up... they hold up better than a gig bag. I have a hard shelled case for my Alverez and I still beat it up.
go with the hard shell case. You want to protect your investment. I would never trust a gig bag.

Depends which case you have.
I'm not sure that you can, but if you're not happy with the colour of your case at the moment, or it's scratched etc, you can get nice covers that slip over the top of the original. You can get them in all good computer stores, and stationary stores :-) hope that helped xxx

Ya that iFrogz Luxe is one great case. Although if you are looking for some alternatives check out the Incase Slider, or the Contour Flick. Plus all these cases provide very good drop protection and are very slick.

I've got a case made by griffin. It's got a leather look n feel to it. Covers the back and has a clear plastic sheet (removable) for the front.





It's easy to put on and remove as the back opens as two parts which is handy as some cases are fiddly when plugging in cables. It's fairly cheap and withstands the knocks I give it. Although it wouldn't save the iPod from a harsh blow!

i think you should get the hard case. i had a silicone one for my ipod and it covered the wheel so it was very hard to scroll. and it did not cover the screen to protect it. the hard shell will protect it if it falls and will protect it from scratches. but the case might get scratched. also since the silicone creates more friction, it was harder to take out of my pocket. but it your choice.
it would be better to buy both in my opinion but a silicon case protects it from getting scratched and a hard case in case it drops, which ever u buy is up to u

not very hard at all. Go to your local superstore and look at the prices, then find a business supplies store (if in the UK try Staples or similar) and look at their prices, you can often get a reasonable bag for under 20 pounds. The very cheap ones more often than not are just that, very cheap and may not last more than a few weeks.How hard would it be to find a size 13' laptop case for cheap?
